Compared to the G88 disc, these are manufactured with curved slots. This makes the panes even more robust against heat cracks. The grooves also create a turbine effect that reduces heat build-up and thus enables cooler running. The risk of warping, vibration or cracking is significantly reduced. All F2000 discs are heat treated and handcrafted in final production.

Tarox has been producing sports brake discs of absolute top quality since the early 1980s.

The blanks are subject to the strictest quality controls. After heat treatment, which eliminates structural stresses within the material, the brake discs are punched, slotted or punched/slotted using CNC machines.

The surfaces of the brake discs have a tolerance range of 0.015mm
(for comparison, a human hair has a diameter of 0.12mm)
